All of our company's products are subject to continuous quality control, which ensures precise and flawless results. The ISO 9001 quality management manual and corresponding work instructions guarantee a consistently high level of quality for our products.

We ensure the agreed processes and quality along our production and integrated supply chain. This includes, for example, surface processing using customer reference samples, as well as measurement and documentation of roughness values on request.

We can also carry out all material tests in our modern laboratory in Bönen on customer request. We have a fully automatic tensile testing machine at our disposal to determine the mechanical parameters. This is supplemented by a fully automatic sample feeding system. Samples are prepared using state-of-the-art tools and machines.

In addition, we determine the chemical analysis values using spark spectrometry as well as the coating layers, zinc layer thicknesses and roughness values.
